1. Network Agreement
By accessing, registering for, or using the 4simpleproblems (4SP) V6 network and its associated sub-systems (including but not limited to the Main Hub, VELIUM, VORA, and VANA), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
4SP operates as an independent, decentralized network infrastructure primarily serving student communities. Your access to this network is a privilege granted by the platform administration and is contingent upon your adherence to these rules.
2. User Responsibility & Conduct
You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, photos, audio, or other materials ("Content") that you transmit, submit, or display on the 4SP service.
- No Malicious Activity: You may not distribute viruses, destructive code, or attempt to compromise the integrity of the Firebase infrastructure, Cloud Functions, or Bare/Wisp servers.
- Identity Integrity: You may not spoof administrative accounts or falsely claim affiliation with the 4SP development team.
- Respectful Interaction: Harassment, hate speech, threats, and explicit content are strictly prohibited across all social features.
3. Content Responsibility (Dailyphoto & Posts)
Features like Dailyphoto and user feeds operate on a hyper-local, community-driven basis (e.g., filtered by school or district).
4simpleproblems is NOT liable for user-uploaded imagery or text. We provide the conduit, but you retain ownership and responsibility for what you post. We reserve the right to remove any content reported by the community or deemed inappropriate by administrators without prior notice.
4. Global Leaderboard Terms
The 4SP Global Leaderboard is an opt-in, competitive ranking system that displays user activity and engagement metrics across the network.
- Opt-In Consent: By explicitly opting into the leaderboard, you consent to the public display of your Display Name, Username, Profile Picture (PFP, Custom, or Mibi Avatar), School Affiliation, and your calculated Activity Score.
- Score Calculation: Scores are generated via proprietary algorithms evaluating session duration, feature engagement, and social interactions. Exploiting bugs or using automated scripts (bots) to artificially inflate your score is prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
- Right to Opt-Out: You may revoke your consent at any time via the Settings panel. Opting out will immediately remove your profile from the public leaderboard rankings.
6. Subsystems & Proxy Services (VELIUM, VERN, etc.)
4SP integrates advanced web-proxy technologies (Bare, Wisp, UV) and media hubs (Soundboard, Games Hub, VANA) to bypass local network restrictions.
- Liability Disclaimer: 4SP is not liable for disciplinary actions (e.g., detentions, loss of device privileges) taken by educational institutions or network administrators resulting from your use of these circumvention tools.
- Third-Party Nodes: Connection speeds and availability rely on external nodes. We do not guarantee 100% uptime for proxy services.
7. Administration & Governance
The primary Creator (4simpleproblems@gmail.com) and appointed Administrators maintain absolute authority over the platform infrastructure.
Administrators possess the tools to globally ban users, instantly disintegrate accounts, and manage network traffic. Attempts to bypass an administrative ban via alternate accounts, clearing local storage, or IP-spoofing may result in severe, permanent hardware-level blocks. Administrative decisions are final.

1. Information We Store (Cloud Data)
To facilitate social networking, cross-device syncing, and authentication, we securely store the following data within our Google Firebase infrastructure:
Identity & Profile
- Email Address & Authentication Provider (Google, MS, GitHub)
- Display Name & @Username
- Profile Visuals (URL, Custom Base64, or Mibi Config)
- School/District Affiliation
Social & Interaction
- Followers / Following Maps
- Sent & Received Messages
- Posts, Comments, and Dailyphotos
- Notifications and Friend Requests
2. Local-Only Data (On-Device)
V6 respects your privacy by processing highly personal utility data entirely locally. The following information is stored in your browser's LocalStorage or IndexedDB and is never transmitted to our servers:
- Notes All data generated in the Notes application.
- Schedules Your personalized class and bell schedules.
- Privacy Settings Panic Key bindings and Tab Disguise configurations.
- Local Themes Un-synced theme preferences and navbar layouts.
4. Third-Party Services Integration
Our platform relies on several trusted third-party providers. By using 4SP, you also acknowledge the privacy practices of these entities:
- Google Firebase: Hosts our database (Firestore), authentication (Auth), and file storage (Cloud Storage).
- Cloudflare / Vercel: Manages our DNS, CDN, and edge routing to ensure the network remains unblockable.
- Stripe: (If applicable) Processes secure donations or premium tier subscriptions. 4SP does not store raw credit card details; all financial data is handled entirely by Stripe.
5. The Right to Disappear (Account Deletion)
You possess complete autonomy over your digital footprint on the network.
Through the Settings page, you can execute a full account deletion. Initiating this process triggers a Cloud Function that irreversibly purges your Firestore profile, releases your reserved username, deletes your posts/messages, and destroys your Firebase Authentication record. Local on-device data is also cleared simultaneously.
